The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) 2012 Soldier Ride will be in New York next week: July 18-21.
The Soldier Ride is a cycling event that raises money to help Wounded Warriors aid in the recovery of their physical and emotional well-being.
“On the first day of the race, Wounded Warriors will bike to Yankee Stadium prior to the New York Yankees’ game and wil be honored by the New York Yankees in a home plate ceremony with Nick Swisher, who has made a personal commitment to assist WWP with its mission to honor and empower Wounded Warriors.”
